Mono PET blister packaging, designed to be recyclable
Evercare® brings to pharmaceutical customers PET films to develop mono blister packagings to support their sustainability targets. This PET solution is fully recyclable and PVC and PFAS free.
Films can be sealed with a mono PET lidding film (peelable or for push-through), as well as other alternatives such as aluminum. This product works with existing production lines, bringing improved thermoforming conditions.
Our Evercare® materials have been evaluated to USP 661.1 and/or EP 3.1, and ISO 10993 / USP Class VI.
Sustainable PET blister with barrier protection
For pharmaceutical blisters requiring moisture and oxygen barrier, Evercare® provides a solution free of PVC.
This product is designed to replace PVC/PVDC materials, by bringing a more sustainable solution, while achieving similar oxygen and moisture barrier properties.
Films can be sealed with standard lidding films such as aluminum. This product works with existing production lines, bringing improved thermoforming conditions.
Our Evercare® materials have been evaluated to USP 661.1 and/or EP 3.1, and ISO 10993 / USP Class VI.
Sustainable PET films combined with Aclar®
For pharmaceutical and nutraceutical customers requiring high barrier solutions and transparency, Evercare® o ers our APET + Aclar® solution.
This product is designed to replace existing PVC+Aclar® structures by bringing a more sustainable product which requires lower thermoforming temperatures and provides better clarity and transparency.
Films can be sealed with standard lidding films such as aluminum, and work in existing thermoforming lines.
Our Evercare® materials have been evaluated to USP 661.1 and/or EP 3.1, ISO 10993 / USP Class VI, and ISO 11607.
