Drop-in alternative medical-grade PETG and APET
Evercare® has developed drop-in medical-grade PETG and APET films to support the supply chain security of medical device manufacturers.
Our PETG films are made using our sister company’s Selenis HC 500 resin, which has demonstrated full equivalence with the leading medical PETG grade.
Our vertical integration and international footprint not only enhance supply chain security but also reduce the carbon footprint while offering a fully equivalent drop-in solution.
Our Evercare® materials have been evaluated to USP 661.1 and / or EP 3.1, ISO 10993 / USP Class VI, and ISO 11607.

Recyclable films with superior mechanical properties
Evercare® includes in its portfolio fully recyclable solutions for process automation trays, to support medical customers shifting away from polystyrene or PVC to APET.
Additionally, and thanks to the vertical integration with Selenis, Evercare® can work on improving certain APET resin characteristics in order to strengthen final properties such as mechanical resistance.
Our Evercare® materials have been evaluated to USP 661.1 and / or EP 3.1, ISO 10993 / USP Class VI, and ISO 11607.

Evercare® portfolio includes also flexible solutions for medical flexible packaging.
Thanks to the incorporation of APET into these structures, these films present an improved clarity and thermoforming capabilities than other flexible solutions.
These films are also available with enhanced oxygen and moisture barrier properties when extended product shelf-life is required.
